Julia (Mar 14): People without reservations may call. First ask if they have an active reservation before trying to identify them.
Julia (Mar 26): Simplified: just check if it's already after check-in time on check-in day. Room cleanliness affects the check-in time, not a separate gate.
Julia (Mar 26): "Guest paid? / Confirm paid" doesn't happen on the call. For refunds, first check if there's already an active refund request and its status before creating a new finance ticket.
Julia: WiFi data should come from the Nexus backend, not the GSheet. Most of the portfolio has correct WiFi data there.
Julia: Add Conduit General Rules to the voice agent system prompt. They cover decisions for many easy questions, adapted for voice.
